Group Pilates Classes
Joint online lessons for those who enjoy a group approach
Sometimes it can feel great to share in your goals and objectives with a like-minded group of people. That's what my group pilates and osteopathy classes are all about.

Each lesson is hosted on Zoom in a welcoming and friendly online environment that promotes encouragement and progress above all else.
My group lessons are hosted with smaller groups than normal, giving you the room to grow at your own pace while also celebrating in the success of others. It's all about establishing our objectives together, and supporting each other along the way.

Group classes are just the thing for those who like to work as part of a team towards a common goal. In these classes, you'll find bags of support from others who are on the same journey as you are.

A supportive environment for progression
Everyone in my group classes has similar goals and objectives. Together we share in each others enthusiasm and drive, developing a camaraderie that gives each attendee the right incentive to push themselves harder.

A value driven option for those on a budget
While you won't get the personal touch with group classes that you get in my private classes, group sessions are a more cost friendly alternative which means that whatever your budget, you'll have an opportunity to improve your fitness and health.

Recorded sessions for those pressed for time
Schedules don't always allow for us to take proper care of our health, but with recorded group sessions, you can take it at your own pace - and if you miss a session, you can always revisit it any time.
Clinical Pilates
My pilates classes provide instruction in what we call clinical pilates
Clinical pilates goes beyond strengthening muscles to give deep insight into your body and any pain you might be facing. We use exercise to identify and retrain abnormal patterns that often are learned after injuries.
I teach your body to better control your movements, giving you the tools you need to avoid any problems in the future. Together we target muscles, fascial tissue and neural tissue with a holistic approach that works for your entire physical self.
